Returns and refunds

At ÈluxeGalore, we want you to love your purchase! Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly review your case and make it right with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
